Abstract

A system with specific requirements is proposed this will contain specific information about the biodiversity of the Mexican Republic. The project will be divided into two specific stages for its creation. The first stage will be the plan or design that goes from how to develop and carry out the program until the elements that conform the program. In the second stage the plan will be executed, that is the programming system will be designed according to the plan established in phase one. The main objective is to create a system with the requirements established in order this system will full fill the necessities for it was created.
