CASTELLON-ZELAYA, Luis Arturo. Analysis of measuring process of workload at the Instituto Nacional de aprendizaje de Costa Rica. InterSedes [online]. 2017, vol.18, n.38, pp.88-114. ISSN 2215-2458. http://dx.doi.org/10.15517/isucr.v18i38.32671.
This document describes the results from a research project that analyzed the measurement design of workloads at the National Learning Institute (INA, according to Spanish initials). The study was developed as part of the academic requirements to obtain a Master degree in Human Resources Administration at National University of Costa Rica.
Using a qualitative methodology, it was shown that variables such as minimum, average and maximum time allotted to the analyzed tasks needed adjustment. Subsequently, a standardized procedure, an instructive and improved instrument were developed, allowing to determine step by step the activities to measure workloads in the institution studied.
