Introduction:

the right to education as a human right and Physical Education as the discipline that teaches at the body level.

Purpose:

expose the right to quality Physical Education.

Development:

the human being is a biological entity immersed in a physical environment. Due to the conditions of its biology, it should create movement to guarantee its permanence, satisfy its primordial needs and carry out all the characteristics of a living being. Outside of the biological sphere, it needs to have a relationship with its surrounding environment and other beings, with which other needs that it can cover through movement, such as psychosocial needs, become. In this way, through movement, people relate to their environment and their peers, thereby solving needs that allow them to survive and exist, movement being an inherent part of the human race.

Conclusion:

promote teaching at the physical level as part of a human right, in order to educate throughout the life course and thereby contribute to the integral development of the human being through quality Physical Education.
