Abstract Coumel´s tachycardia: a clinical case We report the case of a 17 years old male with a permanent form of junctional reciprocating tachycardia, which is a special form of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, is presented in a ceaseless form and which an accessory slow retrograde pathway conduction participates. He underwent successful catheter ablation.
