This article describes the research carried out during the months of November and December 2009 with a school population of 106 students in the sixth year of the School Napoleon Quesada. The methodology reflects the qualitative and action research is implemented by 10 students from the University of Costa Rica. The results at different stages showed that the lack of theoretical knowledge and management about health rights and sexually transmitted diseases, was due to the work of information to which they face in their different spheres of life.
