Quality is receiving a growing attention all around the world because it is essential in every human activity. For this reason, we have the urgent need to change and develop all health services to better grades of quality and competitive attention, specially in services such as gyneco-obstetric, where the physician must have the patient’s complete trust. Gynecology and obstetric are fields of medicine where it is necessary take care of female shyness in order to make the patient feel satisfied during her medical attention. The search for quality in the services represent a challenge, and also a strategic priority for health professionals of new millennium.
