Diálogos revista electrónica de historia publishes two annual installments (March and September).

Focus and Scope

Diálogos revista electrónica de historia aims to have a pioneering role in delivering its readers databases, unpublished sources, promoting Costa Rican historiography, American, Latin American and world history and drive called different areas of historiography such as gender, local of the science, marginalization, ecology, poverty and inequality and discussion of results.

The philosophy is  "Open Access" (open access journals and full text).
The official languages​​: Castilian, Catalan, Portuguese, Italian, French and English.

Peer Review Process

The system of arbitration shall be conducted through the system and through a blind evaluation guide. The Editorial Board will review the articles and submit them to an external evaluator to the identity or institution, editor of the magazine, and according to their research area. Similarly, the journal can count on the recommendation of the Editorial Board, a guest editor, which will edit the magazine as a whole or a special section. The guest editor or section presents the magazine which the committee ultimately reviewed and authorized its publication.

Its abbreviated title is Diálogos rev. electr. hist, and it should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strips.
