Abstract
PEREZ LOPEZ, Esteban. "In vitro" solution test of acetaminophen tablets, hplc quantifying with electrochemical detector. InterSedes [online]. 2015, vol.16, n.33, pp.27-37. ISSN 2215-2458.
Were tested for dissolution "in vitro" drug into tablets of 500 mg acetaminophen, applying the parameters of dissolution official method specified in the USP 26, with the variant that quantification was performed on a high performance liquid chromatograph resolution coupled to an amperometric electrochemical detector. The objective was to determine the amount of active ingredient is dissolved in applying the method of dissolution "in vitro", in order to report on the importance of this test is to provide security to the consumer that the medications you are taking have been tested under the strictest quality control standards, and that they meet predetermined specifications in official documents. In addition to assessing the adequacy of the analytical technique used, of which the results were very satisfactory to achieve compliance with the specifications.
