Abstract

This work presents the analysis of the socio-economic realities micro living in the canton of Turrialba and Jimenez in Costa Rica, especially those formed by female heads and ten rural community located in the central district, most of whom have business subsistence incomes below the minimum wage and many difficulties of access to educational and training resources, due to the presence of chains of exclusion and structural violence also an approach strategy from organizational psychology and a theoretical approach economy of gender.
