The field work involved the participation of 5 women microentrepreneurs from an artisan collective who were given in-depth interviews.

Results: from the perception of women, the essential elements for a decent job are the convictions, suspicions and interests of women microentrepreneurs, and the work-family balance.

Conclusions: the absence of these elements in the labor and social structures in which women operate are an obstacle if the intention is to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, since the eradication of poverty is only possible through stable, fair and well-functioning jobs. paid.
