Abstract

In this essay are valued concepts and central ideas in the work of Lev. S. Vygotsky and Edgar Morin and expressed some points of connection between them that can serve as a basis for the recognition of training process as a complex process, based on the theory of complexity and cultural-historical approach as theoretical -methodological bases that allow to assess the development of the professional formation process, from a critical, comprehensive and contextualized culturally perspective. The points of reference that traditionally, the analysis of the training process are significant changes in what can be called the era of global education. These changes come from both the scientific and technological evolution, a concept of education which puts the integral development of the human being at the center. To respond to this reality it is necessary to observe this process of formation from the individual peculiarities and the conditions in which this occurs, as well as relations of mutual influence between all these aspects that give a complex character.
