Weight and size were taken to 186 participants. We found that most participants were female, with a low level of education, and with some degree of overweight. Also as perceived by them, it was evidenced that this project helped them to increase their self-esteem, decrease the stress and physical discomfort, created better social relationships and a greater sense of belonging to their community.
