It is well known, that estrogenic exposure is a risk factor for developing breast cancer, together with family history in first or second negree and genetics. Screening asymptomatic women has shown to decrease mortality rates and the confirmation diagnostic is done with thick needle biopsy. The treatment depends on the stage, nodal or extranodal metastasis and immunohistochemistry and reduction of mortality rate has been accomplished with timely diagnosis and the treatment with surgery and antihormonal therapy.
