Skin tumors are the most common carcinomas among human race. Basocelular carcinoma represents approximately 70% of all carcinomas. When wanting to remove the tumor completely, Mohs micrographic surgery is the technique that provides de most secure resection of the whole tumor. Never the less, its high price and the technique difficulties makes it unreacheable for some people in many case scenarios.
