A case of Eustachian valve mimickingan atrial myxoma is presented in a man suspected of suffering pulmonary embolism. Eustachian valve is a remnant of the embryonic right half of the sinus venosus. Embryologically, the Eustachian valve directs oxygenated blood from the inferior vena cava into the systemic circulation. Differential diagnosis with other intracardiacmasses is necessary and includes myxoma, thrombus, and tumors
