Abstract

We report here the case of a 63 years old female with 6 years history of alopecia, hirsutism, deepening voice and clitorimegaly. She had high levels of testosterone (263 ng/dl) and a transvaginal ultrasound showed a solid lesion in the left ovary. The management consisted of abdominal histerectomy and bilateral oophorectomy. The biopsy reported a benign steroidogenic Leydig cell tumor. The patient did well with partial improvement of her manifestations, when was seen 4 months later
