Abstract: Amid the uncertainty caused by the pandemic experienced in 2020, principals have had to lead their schools. Despite this, certain certainties are raised about leadership in turbulent times. Among them are; the relevance of understanding the changing nature of the context, the adaptability of the leader; promoting distributed leadership practices, developing flexibility, and caring for personal and community social-emotional well-being.
