Material y métodos: El estudio presentó un diseño experimental, longitudinal, 88 participantes cumplieron los criterios de inclusión: personas adultas mayores &gt; 60 años y &lt; 90 años y ángulo craneovertebral &lt; 50 grados y dolor cervical &lt; 3 EVA. Se dividieron al azar en dos grupos: un grupo control que realizó tratamiento fisioterapéutico de reeducación postural para la anteposición de cabeza y cuello sin interacción social lúdica y un grupo experimental que realizó tratamiento fisioterapéutico de reeducación postural con interacción social lúdica. Ambos grupos se subdividieron según rango etario en 60-69, 70-79 y &#8807; 80 años. El tratamiento fisioterapéutico para ambos grupos duró 4 meses y se completaron 32 sesiones (2 sesiones semanales).  Resultados:  Hubo cambios estadísticamente significativos en la comparación de asistencia al tratamiento fisioterapéutico entre los dos grupos (p &lt; 0.05). El grupo experimental presentó un promedio de asistencia al tratamiento de 83 % versus el grupo control que presentó un promedio de asistencia al tratamiento de 76 %. No hubo cambios estadísticamente significativos según rango etario intra e intergrupalmente (p &gt; 0.05). Conclusión: El grupo experimental que realizó tratamiento fisioterapéutico de reeducación postural con interacción social lúdica a largo plazo presentó mayor asistencia al tratamiento fisioterapéutico versus el grupo control sin interacción social lúdica con anteposición de cabeza y cuello.  Aplicaciones prácticas:  Elaborar un programa de tratamiento fisioterapéutico a largo plazo, en el cual se agregue la interacción social lúdica, puede tener resultados beneficiosos en la asistencia al tratamiento fisioterapéutico.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Objective:  This study aimed to compare the attendance to postural reeducation physiotherapeutic treatment sessions with ludic social interaction for the forward head posture in older adults with the attendance to sessions without this ludic social interaction.  Material and methods:  The study used an experimental, longitudinal design. Eighty-eight participants met the following participation criteria: older adults &gt; 60 years and &lt; 90 years, craniovertebral angle &lt; 50 degrees, and neck pain &lt; 3 VAS. They were randomly divided into two groups: a control group that received a postural reeducation physiotherapeutic treatment for forward head posture without ludic social interaction, and an experimental group that benefited from a postural reeducation physiotherapeutic treatment with ludic social interaction. Both groups were subdivided according to age ranges 60-69, 70-79, and &#8807; 80 years. Physiotherapeutic treatment for both groups lasted 4 months, completing 32 sessions (2 weekly sessions).  Results:  There were statistically significant changes in the comparison of assistance to physiotherapeutic treatment between the two groups (p &lt;0.05). The experimental group presented an average attendance to the treatment of 83% versus the control group that presented an average attendance to the treatment of 76%. There were no statistically significant changes according to the intra-and intergroup age range (p&gt; 0.05).  Conclusion:  The experimental group that underwent the postural reeducation physiotherapeutic treatment with long-term ludic social interaction showed greater attendance to physiotherapeutic treatment versus the control group without ludic social interaction in older adults with forward head posture.  Practical applications:  Developing a long-term physiotherapeutic treatment program adding ludic social interaction can have beneficial results in attending physiotherapeutic treatment sessions.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo  Objetivo:  O objetivo do estudo foi comparar o atendimento ao tratamento fisioterapêutico de reeducação postural com e sem interação social lúdica para a posição de cabeça e pescoço em pessoas idosas.  Material e métodos:  O estudo apresentou um desenho experimental, longitudinal, 88 participantes preencheram os critérios de inclusão: Idosos&gt; 60 anos e &lt;90 anos e ângulo crânio vertebral &lt;50 graus e dor no pescoço &lt;3 VAS. As pessoas participantes foram divididas aleatoriamente em dois grupos: um grupo controle submetido a tratamento fisioterapêutico de reeducação postural para anteposição de cabeça e pescoço sem interação social lúdica e outro grupo experimental submetido a tratamento fisioterapêutico de reeducação postural com interação social lúdica. Ambos os grupos foram subdivididos de acordo com a faixa etária em 60-69, 70-79 e &#8807; 80 anos. O tratamento fisioterapêutico para ambos grupos durou 4 meses e foram realizadas 32 sessões (2 sessões semanais).  Resultados:  Houve mudanças estatisticamente significantes na comparação da assistência ao tratamento fisioterapêutico entre os dois grupos (p &lt;0,05). O grupo experimental apresentou média de atendimento ao tratamento de 83% versus o grupo controle que apresentou média de atendimento ao tratamento de 76%. Não houve mudanças estatisticamente significantes de acordo com a faixa etária intra e intergrupos (p&gt; 0,05).  Conclusão:  O grupo experimental que realizou tratamento fisioterapêutico de reeducação postural com interação social lúdica de longa duração apresentou maior frequência ao tratamento fisioterapêutico em relação ao grupo controle sem interação social lúdica com anteposição de cabeça e pescoço.  Aplicações práticas: O desenvolvimento de um programa de tratamento fisioterapêutico de longo prazo, no qual se agrega interação social lúdica, pode ter resultados benéficos na frequência ao tratamento fisioterapêutico.]]></p></abstract>
