Ubicación de radiopatrullas policiales para la vigilancia pública con dos modelos multicriterio
Location of police cars for public surveillance using two multicriteria models

El auge delictivo en algunas ciudades latinoamericanas obliga el incremento de patrullas y efectivos policiales. Lamentablemente no suelen haber vehículos suficientes para ubicar en todos los lugares candidatos. En la ubicación de patrullas, hay muchos parámetros a considerar, convirtiéndolo en un problema multicriterio. Dos técnicas multicriterios sencillas de usar son los Modelos Multiatributo con Factores multiplicativos (MMcFm) y las Matrices De Ponderación (MDP). Los MMcFm toman la decisión, considerando los criterios que caracterizan la situación y los atributos, que definen estos criterios. Las MDP, sólo toman en cuenta criterios. La facilidad de uso de estos dos tipos de modelos, ha inspirado el objetivo de este trabajo: Construir un par de modelos multicriterio, que en forma independiente permitan ubicar patrullas en una determinada población: Un Modelo Multiatributo con Factores multiplicativos y una Matriz De Ponderación.

Abstract
The criminal boom in some Latin-American cities obliges the increment of patrols and policemen. Sadly they do not there sufficient vehicles to locate in all the places candidates. In the location of patrols, there are many parameters to consider, becoming a multi-criteria problem. Two multi-criteria technical simpler to use are Multiattribute Model with Multiplicative factors (MMwMf) and Matrix Of Weighing (MOW). The MMwMf making decisions, considering the criteria that characterize the situation and the attributes, that define these criteria. By the other side the MOW, only they take into account criteria. The user friendliness of these two kinds of models, has inspired the objective of this work: Creating a pair of model multi-criterion, that in independent form they permit to locate patrols in a determined population: A MultiattributeModel with Multiplicative factors (MMwMf) and a Matrix Of Weighing (MOW).
