Para esta tarea, la pedagogía de la autonomía de Freire se tomó como fundamento esencial de lo que puede representar una propuesta de formación moral autónoma, crítica y responsable con la sociedad. Dentro del texto también se pueden encontrar análisis teóricos y referencias a autores no latinoamericanos que han investigado sobre este tema, quienes afirman que la moral se puede enseñar y se puede desarrollar formalmente pero, al final, se destaca la pedagogía freireana como base para este tipo de desarrollo en el país. La principal conclusión es que es posible y viable oficializar, planificar y ejecutar formalmente y en conjunto con las demás asignaturas del currículo una moral crítica y autónoma desde edades tempranas]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The essay aims to carry out a theoretical analysis of the need to formally develop morality from basic general education in Costa Rica. For this task, Freire's pedagogy of autonomy was taken as the essential foun- dation of what a proposal for autonomous, critical and responsible moral formation with society can represent. Within the text you can also find theoretical analyzes and references to non-Latin American authors who have researched on this subject, who affirm that morality can be taught and can be formally developed but, in the end, Freirean pedagogy stands out as the basis for this type. of development in the country. The main conclusion is that it is possible and viable to formalize, plan and execute formally and in conjunction with the other subjects of the curriculum a critical and autonomous morality from an early age.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: O ensaio tem como objetivo realizar uma análise teórica da necessidade de desenvolver formalmente a moralidade desde a educação básica geral na Costa Rica. Para essa tarefa, a pedagogia da autonomia de Freire foi tomada como fundamento essencial do que pode representar uma proposta de formação moral autônoma, crítica e responsável com a sociedade. No texto também se encontram análises teóricas e referências a autores não latino-americanos que pesquisaram sobre o assunto, que afirmam que a moralidade pode ser ensinada e pode ser desenvolvida formalmente, mas, ao final, a pedagogia freireana se destaca como base para este tipo de desenvolvimento no país. A principal conclusão é que é possível e viável formalizar, planejar e executar formal- mente e em conjunto com as demais disciplinas do currículo uma moralidade crítica e autônoma desde cedo.]]></p></abstract>
