<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.sa.cr/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1409-47032021000300690&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.sa.cr/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1409-47032021000300690&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.sa.cr/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1409-47032021000300690&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Objetiva-se investigar a socialização docente em instituição educacional militar, a partir da análise da ação de comando (AC) no âmbito de um Estágio de Adaptação Técnico/EAT para inserção de professores civis no ensino militar do Comando da Aeronáutica Brasileiro (COMAER).Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa (estudo de caso) que se vale de técnicas de análise de documentos diversificados do EAT (planos de ensino, manuais e regulamentos) e entrevista a três professores de Educação Física participantes do EAT; sendo os dados analisados pela técnica de análise de conteúdo. A AC foi identificada na planificação do ensino e caracterizada nos elementos que a integram e que compõem a linguagem docente, alinhando-se, tanto à expressividade (fonoaudiologia) quanto à noção bourdieusiana de habitus / hexis corporal; valendo-se de qualificadores e de representações de corpo que atuam na manutenção das lógicas de controle no contexto militar. Ademais, ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem da AC corresponde uma pedagogia pautada pelo primado da visibilidade, pela codificação das práticas e pela imitação/reprodução de modelos, relacionada com uma ideia de docência como um trabalho moral e técnico. A AC atua na socialização docente de maneira avessa à preconizada para a construção da docência como profissão.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo es investigar la socialización docente en una institución educativa militar, a partir del análisis de la acción de mando (AC) en el ámbito de una Pasantía de Adaptación Técnica / PAT para la inserción de docentes civiles en la formación militar del Comando Aeronáutico Brasileño (COMAER). Se trata de una investigación cualitativa (estudio de caso) que hace uso de técnicas de análisis de diferentes documentos del PAT (planes docentes, manuales y normativas) y entrevistas a tres profesores de Educación Física participantes del PAT; los datos que se analizan mediante la técnica de análisis de contenido. La AC fue identificada en la planificación de la enseñanza y caracterizada en los elementos que la integran y que componen el lenguaje de enseñanza, en línea tanto con la expresividad (logopedia) como con la noción bourdieusiana de habitus corporal / hexis; utilizando calificadores y representaciones del cuerpo que trabajen para mantener lógicas de control en el contexto militar. Además, el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la AC corresponde a una pedagogía guiada por la primacía de la visibilidad, la codificación de prácticas y la imitación / reproducción de modelos, relacionada con una idea de la enseñanza como trabajo moral y técnico. AC trabaja en la enseñanza de la socialización de manera opuesta a lo recomendado para la construcción de la docencia como profesión.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective is to investigate the teaching socialization in a military educational institution, from the analysis of the command action (CA) within the scope of a Technical Adaptation Internship / TAI for the insertion of civilian teachers in the military education of the Brazilian Aeronautics Command (COMAER). This is a qualitative research (case study) that makes use of techniques for analyzing different documents from the TAI (teaching plans, manuals and regulations) and interviews with three Physical Education teachers participating in the TAI; being the data analyzed by the technique of content analysis. CA was identified in the teaching planning and characterized in the elements that integrate it and that make up the teaching language, in line with both expressiveness (speech therapy) and the Bourdieusian notion of body habitus / hexis; using qualifiers and representations of the body that work to maintain control logics in the military context. Furthermore, the teaching-learning process of CA corresponds to a pedagogy guided by the primacy of visibility, the codification of practices and the imitation/reproduction of models, related to an idea of teaching as a moral and technical work. CA works in the socialization of teachers in a way opposite to what is recommended for the construction of teaching as a profession.]]></p></abstract>
