Para tanto, utilizou-se o método Análise da Hierarquia de Processos (AHP). Foi conduzida uma pesquisa com 200 sujeitos que tiveram experiencia com algum tipo de servico educacional em ambiente virtual. O fator qualidade do sistema teve o maior peso, seguido pela qualidade do servico, qualidade da informacáo e qualidade do vendedor específico, e os principais subfatores foram: capacidade de resposta, tempo de resposta, navegabilidade, compreensibilidade e seguranca. Ao final do estudo, concluiu-se que as redes sociais mais bem estruturadas facilitam a compra e podem induzir os consumidores a uma mudanca de comportamento, trocando ambientes convencionais por aqueles virtuais. A descoberta da hierarquia dos fatores de qualidade para escolha da rede social para o estudo de idiomas sugere que os desenvolvedores devem projetar os websitesfornecendo experiencias de oferta de servicos educacionais mais estéticas, cómodas e efetivas, de acordo com as expectativas dos consumidores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract:This paper is based on a research of the relative importance of quality factors and determinants for the selection of language courses in a virtual environment, according to Lee e Kozar (2006). The method used was the Analytic Hierarchy Process. A survey was carried out with 200 individuals who had experiences with any type of educational service in the virtual environment. The more significant factor was the system's quality, followed by the quality of service, the quality of the information, and the quality of a specific vendor. The main sub-factors were responsiveness, response time, navigability, and security. The study concludes that better-structured social networks facilitate purchases and can induce consumers to change their behavior, moving from conventional to virtual environments. The discovery of the quality factor hierarchy for selecting the social network to study languages suggests that the developers should design websites that present more aesthetic, comfortable, and effective educational services provision, in accordance with the consumers' expectations.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen:El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo investigar la importancia relativa de los factores de calidad y sus determinantes en la elección de cursos de idiomas en entorno virtual, basándose en Lee e Kozar (2006). Para ello, se utilizó el método del Proceso Analítico Jerárquico (PAJ). Se ha conducido una encuesta con 200 personas que tuvieron experiencia con algún tipo de servicio educativo en el entorno virtual. El factor de calidad del sistema tuvo el mayor peso, seguido de la calidad del servicio, la calidad de la información y la calidad del vendedor específico, y los principales sub-factores fueron: la capacidad de respuesta, tiempo de respuesta, la navegabilidad, la capacidad de respuesta y seguridad. Al final del estudio, se concluyó que las redes sociales mejor estructuradas facilitan la compra y pueden inducir a los consumidores a cambiar su comportamiento, canjeando los entornos convencionales por aquellos virtuales. El descubrimiento de la jerarquía de los factores de calidad para la elección de red social para el estudio de las lenguas sugiere que los desarrolladores deben diseñar los sitios web ofreciendo experiencias de oferta de servicios educativos más estéticas, cómodas y eficaces, de acuerdo con las expectativas del consumidor.]]></p></abstract>
