Abstract

ARIAS-MOLINA, Ángela. Réplicas: analysis of a case of educational radio in online distance education. Espiga [online]. 2022, vol.21, n.43, pp.62-87. ISSN 2215-454X.

In 2020, Réplicas was produced and premiered, an auditory film designed for people with visual disabilities and used as an educational resource for three subjects from the Social Work Department of the State Distance University (UNED), during the second quarter of that same year. Although the UNED has a long history in education and learning strategies, there is a lack of up-to-date analysis on how alternative educational resources, such as dramatized fictions, influence the formation process of the student community. Therefore, the role of Réplicas within the models of distance education, online education and educational radio is analyzed, as well as its effectiveness in representing and transmitting the knowledge of these three subjects. Among the main findings are the experimental experience of theory through fiction and the importance of specialized educational products for each subject.

Keywords : Human rights; inclusivity; radio drama; educational radio; violence.
