Studies regarding graduate students serve as instruments to help assess each student´s transition into the job market This is a cross-cutting study that follows 2010-2015 graduates of the University of Juárez Division of Science Medical School in Tabasco Mexico Medical School (DACS-UJAT) in Tabasco, Mexico. The sample size included 47 graduates who were asked to complete a 50 question survey. The data obtained was systematized and analyzed using SPSS Software based on description and frequency. Based on the results, the median age is 31±5 years of age and most began to work upon graduation. Their incomes are over $150 USD. The correlation between education and job satisfaction scored 86±13 points. When self-evaluating effort, high scores were obtained for knowledge, skills and attitudes. Overall, the study provides useful feedback about medical school graduates, particularly regarding education, attitude towards their jobs as well as job satisfaction.
