This research shows synthetically the results of the study presented in 2012, to qualify for the degree of Bachelor of Teaching at Universidad Estatal a Distancia. This reserach aims to develop and contribute to the national dialogue seeking input from an innovative philosophical element, tener of a boost in future approaches for the Costa Rican educational conducive increasingly integral human development, where the human being is held in harmonious relationship witht he existing. This will be carried out by exploring the ethical challenges in the Costa Rican educational context from the approach of Martin Buber and Emmanuel Levinas. They present a number of ethical challenges that emerge from an analysis, where different sources of information like the novelty lies in the confluence of voices and ethical reading of these principles are presented from Martin Buber and Emmanuel Levinas thoughts. The goal of the research posits a contribution to Costa Rican educational model, as well as education labor groups, from the perspective of the philosophy of the meeting, the approach of dialogue and buberiano levianasiano approach otherness is they may find necessary inputs for rethinking both the theoretical and practical aspects in the national educational work.
