Simulation has become a valuable analysis tool for the design and operation of complex systems which has evolved thanks to software and hardware advances since its origins in the 1940's (Mancilla, 1999). Furthermore, management simulation games as teaching tools allow the students to face the complex reality so they can try out their abilities, learn how to make decisions and analyze results (Romero, Gutiérrez, & Rodríguez, 2010). The Operations Management course is one of the most challenging in the Business Adminsitration career. With respect to production programming and control, two professors with many years of experience, decide to build a virtual simulator to materialize the production planning experience, decision making and business administration.
