Society must internalize that biodiversity conservation is paramount to directly influence the quality of life of individuals, both material, intellectual and spiritual. Education with its contribution plays a key role because it promotes behavioral changes in society that make for a harmonious relationship with nature for achieving sustainable human development. The Guanacaste Conservation Area (ACG), in 1986, decided to exchange weapons for whiteboards, markers and natural classroom for bioliteracy through experiences in a nature library, therefore, since 28 years, neighbors to the ACG, participate in the Program of Biological Education (PEB). The PEB bioliteracy to children, teachers and parents from the communities surrounding the protected areas that conform the ACG. Bioliteracy is a learning for life, with a green approach, where learners have the opportunity to experience the knowledge, create new and put them into practice, using as reference the processes that occur in nature. Therefore, an educational proposal arise with a series of actions, where the transverse axis environment, rather than content, should be a dynamic praxis, full of life for learners.
