Resumen

SANCHO- ELIZONDO, Yehudin G.. Methodological-didactic proposal in search of legal reasoning: The Application of common teaching techniques. InterSedes [online]. 2014, vol.15, n.31, pp.20-27. ISSN 2215-2458.

In the absence of pedagogical training of legal professionals; it is necessary to propose, especially at the introductory level; techniques and methods to help the students sort and prioritize ideas and legal information. It is detected as a problem, the inability of the student to synthesize and process the content referred by the teacher and the difficulty in formulating, ordering and presenting ideas and legal arguments. Therefore, this paper proposes the implementation of techniques, known in the pedagogically field as essay, debate, schemata and others, to build a methodological approach to the teaching of law. The methodology on common techniques was implemented in the School of Law at the Universidad de Costa Rica, Sede Guanacaste; in the courses "Sistemas de Investigación y Razonamiento Jurídicos I y II" in 2013, like all qualitative methodology it is necessary to recognize that a generalization of results is not possible, however, the process generated a reflection on the need to migrate the results of common pedagogical techniques to the virtual platform. The process achieved, among other things; active students in the class and order in the presentation of legal reasoning. The evaluation was conducted from a qualitative perspective and was based on the achievements perceived by participants, the limitations and the comments related to the experience.
