Abstract

When the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or Alzheimer's disease (AD) mild, brain injuries are already observable in neuropsychological and neuroimaging, although usually considered at that time that there is preservation of the subject competition for decision making. In this paper, after a brief mention of previous concepts and an elementary definition of neurodegenerative processes mentioned above, an analysis of brain findings present at the time of diagnosis, in order to problematize the notion of abstract and biolegal making neuroethics perspective founded in each case.
