This academic article is the result of the analysis and evaluation of what human talent management represents in today's environment. Its objective is to propose the new vision of management, based on a bibliographic review on the administration of human resources and its evolution. The importance of its transformation is evaluated, from the perspective of organizational advances, and it is concluded that a paradigmatic change is required in the management of human talent so as to increase the strategic contribution that it can provide in the achievement of organizational objectives and goals.
