In this essay we propose general ideas for the construction of a new educational perspective that relies on advances in the field of creativity research, especially socio-cultural approaches. Transforming education from creativity involves recognizing creative possibilities of students and teachers, build spaces to create and solve problems and foster interactions and cultural objects. Is necessary create a new way of looking at education and generate innovations that address these new approaches and knowledge building processes in different cultural contexts. In the first part we review myths, foundations and definitions necessary to build a new educational perspective. Then, we develop five key ideas to build creative teaching and learning contexts of the proposed new perspective: increase educational possibilities, invest the education, investing education, open education and generate optimal indiscipline. Finally, we pose challenges openings and new perspective to the educational field and highlight the role of teachers in educational transformation and the generation of educational innovations. Ideas presented emerging from preliminary theoretical studies, empirical research and educational experiences.
