This paper deals with the results about education and knows and knowledge of the research: A worldview of the unity in an indigenous territory in Colombia. The purpose of the project was recognizing of those relationships among the leisure, the production, the education and sustainable development and it was made starting from sense in community. This required staying more than 180 in the native shield taking out a daily journey in which we register the practices and the semi structured interviews. The analysis was made through a constant comparative method between the proper education practices and the integration interest of official education. As the same as the formative process since a respectful of knowledge, human beings and the social ones. To conclude, it is necessary to go ahead in constructs symmetrical education project, which let the dialogues from human being and knowledge to constructs a divers nation as it was writing on the 1991 Political Constitution where Colombia is recognized as a multicultural and multiethnic nation.
