Resumen

This essay is derived from theoretical reflections made around the field of practices and teacher training in the context of higher education, as a commitment to mobilize educational research of trainers of teachers especially in the Colombian context. Methodologically used the technique of analysis of documentary, Triangulating data recorded on different grids according to the core categories of investigative interest. The findings and conceptual constructions served as theoretical support to the research line "Practices and teacher training" of the "Education and training of educators" research group affiliated with the Faculty of education at the Catholic University of Manizales. Conceptual developments of this study had a dual academic interest, on the one hand, it seeks to reveal the academic interests of the different research projects that are linked with the Group and on the other, to stimulate the generation/gestation of new initiatives in research, nursery, strategies of promotion and dissemination of knowledge associated with the training of trainers.
