This article presents an academic research and a development research carried out by the Universidad de la Frontera, in several Chilean regions. The research was oriented to discover, systematize and describe the research made in classrooms using opinion poll according to the project Our School Project Ask Your Opinion-NEPSO methodology. This opinion poll is developed in different modalities of curriculum organization. They were developed in 15 local primary education, secondary education and adult and young education between 2008 and 2012. It concluded in the versatility of the proposed methodology, with its curricular principles, research, teaching, learning to develop in multiple and varied contexts, educational levels and curricular arrangements, in which the country's education is organized. The methodology approaches the current necessities to improve the learning process and pedagogical practices in order to diminish the public educational crisis. It is necessary to experiment and propose new concepts, methodologies, teaching and curricula, viable and effective, contributing to a cooperative pedagogical relationship between teachers and students so they can achieve the learning achievement sought by government programs and educational projects establishments, through various curriculum contexts.
