The full-time education has participated in the agendas of discussion in the educational research and development of Brazilian educational policies. Therefore, some changes in policies directed to the schools has enabled innovations towards the students remaining in school for longer time, approaching the attendance of some social demands. Assuming that the motivation of teachers responsible for the activities in extra-curricular shift is essential for the achieving of student engagement. This test aims to present the perceptions of teachers regarding curricular activities complement in extra-curricular shift. The survey was conducted with teachers at a state school in the city of Cascavel; Paraná; Brazil through a questionnaire. The results demonstrate the need to seek greater involvement of teachers in relation to extra-curricular shift activities at the school where they work, so this way they feel encouraged on purposing and performing activities in extra-curricular shift.
