Abstract

This work discloses advances about a research which has as a primary objective, to determine the perception and satisfaction from students, related to the quality of the academic programs at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in México. This research was conducted under a quantitative approach; a poll consisting in 86 items was applied to 293 students, the information gathered came into inspection over a positive reaction algorithm, the outcome provided from the analysis was a huge gap among student’s opinions and results evaluated from third part institutions. The students manifest significant areas of opportunity in the field of educational quality because it is not fully meeting their education; therefore the importance to consider as a reference factor the student rating in the university management system.
