The purpose of this paper is the creation of a methodological basis to ensure effective implementation of project management approaches and process in the university environment. It also contains an analysis of the dynamics of project management from a processes approach, and proposes a series of tools that helps to integrate the project approach with the process approach to improve the quality of the university management and its impact on the society.
