Percutaneous Angioplasty of the Left Main Coronary Artery We describe the case of a 30 year old female patient with left main coronary artery disease, who was subject for an elective coronary angiogram. During the procedure, she became unstable electrically and hemodinamically, proceeding to place a coronary endoprothesis (stent) in the left main unprotected with success. After 5 months of follow-up, the patient remain asymptomatic.
