Different studies recognize the uneven distribution of epidemiological profiles of dental caries in different social groups. They recognize the important role of the socio-economic aspects within occupation, income among other instruction. Objective: Identify the prevalence of caries in the school six to twelve years of eight elementary schools located in different population delegations policy of the Federal District and the relationship with occupation, education and income parents. Method: Descriptive, transversal and observational study. For convenience, shows taking 25 pupils per each age six to twelve years. 175 students on average, by eight delegations policy following Federal Mexico district elementary school: Benito Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Miguel Hidalgo, Iztapalapa, Milpa Alta, Tláhuac, Xochimilco, Álvaro Obregón. The study was done in the year 2009. Results: The average global dental caries in Benito Juárez was 1.5 to 1.6, Miguel Hidalgo 2.2, 3.0, Milpa Alta 3.6 3.3, Tláhuac Iztapalapa Cuauhtémoc Xochimilco 3.2 and Álvaro Obregón 2.8. Conclusions: There is a statistical difference according to the Test a Between-Subject testing effects of average decayed, missing and sealed teeth (CPOD) of the eight elementary schools that participated in this study. (F = 2. 717, p = 0. 000).
