Abstract

FUENTES BOLANOS, Carlos Enrique. From concepts to health practices (notes for a performance ethic) . Rev. costarric. salud pública [online]. 2008, vol.17, n.32, pp.69-74. ISSN 1409-1429.

The article analyzes two concepts: technology in health vrs. service to the people. In this relationship some factors are reviewed, which create communication gaps between those called to apply the technology and those that demand their services. The analysis is based on a theoretical review of by various authors. One of the proposed theses is that health technology must protect ethical values in its relationship with the citizens.
