Migration of a bullet through the urinary tract and spontaneous expulsion through the urinary meatus is an uncommon event. We present a case of a 24-year-old male, who suffered a gunshot wound with an entry hole in the right thigh, without an exit hole, and the projectile lodged in the pelvis was observed by radiography, two months and a half later the patient presented to the emergency service with the projectile located in the urethra, which was removed through the urinary meatus without complications. A review of the literature on migration of bullet projectiles was made.
