HARBOTTLE QUIROS, Frank. Psychopathy and capacity of guilt: an approach to the current debate. Med. leg. Costa Rica [online]. 2019, vol.36, n.1, pp.135-146. ISSN 2215-5287.
The present article, in a first section, provides some basic notions about the capacity of guilt. Then, a conceptual approach is made with psychopathy. Subsequently, it is exposed the position that psychopathy has no effect on the capacity of guilt as well as the position that considers that yes. Then, some contributions from the neurosciences to the debate on the capacity of guilt and its possible incidence in psychopathy are presented. It ends by inviting the reader to reflection and discussion. Congenital diaphragmatic hernias present at birth are readily recognized. In contrast, the diagnosis of diaphragmatic hernia after the neonatal period varies considerably owing to misleading clinical and radiologic features.3
