Obstetric violence as symbolic violence against women reveals the asymmetry which is between men and women and the legal development in charge of legislating the set of practices in the women reproductive processes is essential in order to alert about the importance of the respect of sexual and reproductive rights as an inalienable, comprehensible and indivisible of the universal human rights.
