The hirsutoide papillomatosis of the vulva, is an alteration in the genital area that can cause confusion as to the etiology of the same; which should be considered in case of being in someone assessed at the Forensic Medical Clinic, since this condition has been linked to the human papilloma virus, being that in recent studies conducted in different countries has been determined that the same It is unrelated to the presence of human papilloma virus.

In this article delves into the subject, in terms of morphology having this disorder and what studies have been completed and how to address it when the forensic evaluation.
