In the Forensic Pathology section of the Department of Legal Medicine autopsies are performed by multiple wounds by shells fired by firearm, where the incidence of the same, has been in growth over time. This article is intended to make a review of the lesions produced by these projectiles and establish a management protocol of these cases in the section.
