The role of X-rays in cases of suspected child abuse is not only identify the degree of injury but also evaluating all imaging findings that point to a differential diagnosis, whose aim is to guide the physician toward a diagnosis safe and avoid diagnostic errors on one side, thereby achieving highlight such cases of childhood aggression, preventing this in the new lower risk. It requires the clinician facing a diagnosis of suspected physical abuse, know what the specific lesions of diagnostic confirmation, and which is the most suitable according to the clinical and patient age
