Incest refers to sexual activity conducted among members of one family, so they can not legally marry. In our society and culture is considered a taboo and the same referred to the different variants of the same in the criminal code under the crime of rape. Incest, so it is a type of sexual abuse is a gradual repetitive activity, ranging from months to years before the revelation of the secret, occurs in all social classes and racial and established that the perpetrators are predominantly male and the victims are female. The forensic evaluation in cases of incest is the same as is done in cases of sexual offenses by an open and non-directed interview, a physical examination, with the full consent of those involved and with laboratory tests and mainly avoiding revictimization of victims
