We describe the pathologic findings found at autopsy of a 19 year old woman, homeless, sex worker, addicted to crack since her 12 years, who had three admissions in the Mexico Hospital of San Jose, Costa Rica in the last four months of her life. The autopsy findings were, in skin: Acute leukocytoclastic vasculitis with thrombosis and panniculitis, and in kidney: Focal segmental Glomeruloesclerosis with formation of crescent
