To the diagnostic challenge is a liver neoplasia is not well differentiated, in this study proposes the use of an immunohistochemical profile that includes cytokeratin (CK) 7, 19 and 20 and thyroid transcription factor(TTF-1) for demonstrate its effectiveness in the differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma and metastatic adenocarcinoma and thereby facilitate the diagnosis in daily practice.
