We describe the pathologic and clinical changes over a case of Influenza A (H1N1) infection based in autopsy findings. The patient was a 25 year-old female pregnant of 33 weeks gestation twins, who had flu-like symptoms. She was hospitalized, but died 13 days after admitting. Autopsy findings included a diffuse alveolar damage in a proliferative phase.
